[Abstract]
Dapagliflozin, though beneficial in heart failure, can rarely cause euglycemic ketoacidosis even in non-diabetic patients. Clinicians should maintain a high index of suspicion for metabolic acidosis in patients on SGLT2 inhibitors presenting with unexplained illness, regardless of blood glucose level.
